For today’s photo subject, I got hold of my son’s more than an inch Wall-E collectible toy and used my macro filter (+10) for this shot. A macro lens would have done the trick, but the filter will do for the mean time.

I seldom win in raffle draws held in blogger events, so this one came in as a total surprise. I especially love that the beneficiary is no other than my cutie pie Jed, who I know is going to have a grand time, maximizing his brand new membership in Gymboree!
Thank you Pampers and Gymboree for this annual membership GC worth P1,800!

I took a quick shot of my boys just before we had lunch today at Chowking (check out the fuzzy image of the uniformed guy on the background). This Project 365 sure is pushing me to not be satisfied by my usual careless snapping away . I know I still have a long way to go but I love it already that I have progressed from Program to Aperture priority. Although being half way near Ken Rockwell is such a far fetched dream, allow me to just play with the idea that I can be 1/4 as good.

This is what I had when the hubby and I went to UCC with Ms. Janette Toral and Mr. Gary Viray after Jonel Uy’s Let’s Go Swimming Party. Such fine, beautiful people. God bless their hearts.:D

I was never big on fruit cakes. In fact, I never quite understood why my mom would bother buying them every year. This is the one fruit cake that won me over. Loved it. It was a Christmas present from the SIL.

I have been “breakfasting” on Maraschino cherries for two days straight now. No wonder sore throat is slowly creeping in. I love cherries!

The hubby and I got busy since we arrived home this evening, deliberating on which frames go to what wall. Thanks to Canon Philippines for the Canon Pixma iP1980 Inkjet Photo Printer that Ramon G. Arteficio generously gave away during the Canon Rockstar Media Christmas Party held in Merk’s Bar Bistro in Makati, last month. We have been printing away the photos that we have been meaning to have printed. Hooray for Canon!!! Thanks to Dani of Agatep! You rock!
I took a shot of my office table lamp early today before we started homeschooling. I bought this for around a hundred and fifty bucks from Divisoria last month when I was shopping for Christmas stuff. I love how it goes well with the simplicity of my home office and background drapes. (both not in the pic)

Here is the hubby working on his office table for our home. He has finished my workstation a couple of months back. After having thrown away all the bought wooden furniture we had after Ondoy’s wrath, there is no way we are buying non-solid, wood furnishings anymore from the department store. The only wooden furnitures that survived were the ones he made! -my kitchen counter and our son’s office/study table.
I’m just so proud of my ever reliable handyman!
