It was exactly 5:55PM when the hubby and I treaded Marcos Highway and beheld the beauty of the sunset. The sun looked like a huge ball of fire ready to roll through the stretch of Marcos Highway. We were then on our way to Megamall to meet with Jive leaders.
It was fun that I was given the liberty by Pic-a-Boo‘s resident photographer, Joan, to take pictures using my own dslr. I wasn’t able to properly configure my camera’s setting to match the room’s lighting. Although most of my shots were blurry, it was still fine to have shots we could go home with after the photoshoot – the official copies will be ready for pick up after a week. :-)
Here’s how our 4 year old guy looks like when he’s hungry, holds on to the queue number firmly and hoping the server would come soon.
Aside from the fact that we do not exactly celebrate Valentine’s Day on VDay itself, there was really no way we could have anything planned because first, it was a Sunday – hubby preaches all day and second – he was officiating a wedding in the afternoon. The best that we could do was snuck a moment as our family had lunch together in Hot Rocks after the morning service and have our little guy take a VDay picture of his papa and mama. :-)

Today is Jed’s first day of rehearsal for his graduation day on March 12, 2010. A video clip is posted here.
Today is the day my husband and I celebrate our 13th year as a couple. It was on February 10, 1997 at 10 P.M. when I finally agreed to be his girlfriend, right in the living room of my folks’ house. We really did not plan to go anywhere tonight. But after our Turkish dinner we randomly decided to go visit a Spa near our place. I would have wanted to go to The Fort for a more authentic spa experience, but thought otherwise when we thought of the traffic.
Reinventing left over viands is something that I have become fond of. This is what we had for lunch today. Instead of taking out another set of pork to go with the tokwa (bean curd/tofu), I made use of last night’s left over viand – Pork Steak. It turned out extra flavorful. My little guy loved it, especially with my bestseller Tokwa’t Baboy sauce.
