Using the Sony point and shoot, we took a picture of the three of us today as we had our lunch in Hot Rocks. This has become like our Sunday lunch habit. We are all so into it that even as we passed by the area yesterday fresh from the Mind Museum event, the little guy was practically begging us to have lunch there.
Here is a shot of my son and the big guy who looks like an astronaut in the Mind Museum event launch at Market! Market today. When I was still pregnant with my son until he was around 2 years old, the events that I looked forward to were that of anything that pertains to baby care, Read more »
I know I haven’t exactly gotten the hang of basic photography but I cannot help but admire spectacular lightning photography images from the photography sites that I frequent. We had a barbeque cook out yesterday and Lolo Bay’s yummiest spaghetti. Today was a pizza and pancit party. Before we said good night last night, the hubby, the birthday boy and I looked through Jed’s baby album.
While I know I suck at food photography, here I am still trying hard. But apparently, not hard enough for me to use my dslr baby Nikki for this job. I used a Sony point and shoot and color corrected it of sorts via Lightroom.
So much for what I said yesterday that I’m not driving around until all this election hullabaloo is over and done with. My dear mom and sister wanted to go to the mall and so we went. Albeit to the mall nearest our place. It was a relief that it was not that traffic. Today is the last day for campaigning for the May 11 elections.
Before digital imaging hcame, we were all freely snapping our shutters away. Snapshots make for a huge collection of a family’s memorabilia. Although everyone will agree with me when I say that a snapshot’s quality may not be as good as that of a thought of and well-composed portrait. Portraiture requires effort, snapshots don’t. That’s the bottomline.
