Today is the day that I attempted to make my very own Tofu Sisig ala Greens. And I failed. It was good. But nothing like that of Greens. It has been years since my husband and I went to dine at Greens. It can be a little far from where we live. But it is the best vegetarian restaurant we have been to ever.

Food photography has always been a frustration of mine. And as you can see, there is no way I’m getting better at it especially when I’m not using the right gadgets. I used a 10.1 MP point and shoot in this picture, which explains all the grains. I have had the slr for a year now and I confess that it can be pretty heavy to lug around with. Read more »

155/365: Girls night out

Two of my bffs and I went out on a date last Friday. Finally! I don’t exactly remember when we were last together (just the 3 of us-me, Lot and Beth) before this. This picture was taken when we were having our desserts at Tutti Frutti. Beth and I ate our dinner at Eat & Go. We both were not satisfied and agreed we should have chosen Bigby’s or Chef’s Quarter instead.
