Today is the day that I attempted to make my very own Tofu Sisig ala Greens. And I failed. It was good. But nothing like that of Greens. It has been years since my husband and I went to dine at Greens. It can be a little far from where we live. But it is the best vegetarian restaurant we have been to ever.

I took this shot of my jiggly kefir babies, October 2009. I was pleasantly surprised of how much they multiplied when I fermented them using goat’s milk. I credit my family’s good health to this ultra powerful probiotic. :-)

The hubby is pretty possessive towards our Canon PowerShot A620, so it was imperative that I get a hold of another Canon camera to be able to join Canon Photo Marathon 2009 held in Tagaytay last November 14, 2009. Thanks to Iris for lending me her Canon IXUS 100IS and to Dani of Agatep for taking good care us, the online media group, while we were there.
