Taking random pictures may have varying subjects – from people walking around, from the clear blue sky, from cars passing by, from car speakers, from tin cans littered on the streets up to the stray dogs and other scenes, objects and some more photo subjects that photographers may identify to possess interesting stories.

Simple and ordinary picture, coupled with a brief caption can paint a thousand words and make it more interesting and even special! That is how artistic or gifted true photographers are.

Anyway, for photographers who still do manual processing or developing of pictures, they tend to look sickly or thin and should seek medical help because developing or processing chemicals affect their health. Unlike digital or computerized picture processing, which is less harmful, manual processing exposes the photographers to these hazardous chemicals for over a longer period of time.

I remember one photo shoot I have witnessed where the male model is on a motorcycle wearing a schuberth helmet. There were many shots taken and almost every angle is photographed. After the photo shoot, the snapshots were scrutinized or examined or criticized, however you may call it, in order to end up with the best and the perfect shot. But what really amazed me is that the chosen photo was a stolen shot of the male model. See? It really pays to be “alert” at all times.

It’s pretty much like any other social networking site, only better. Because you get to share what matters to you as of the moment and get others to comment and just hang out in that little iPhone app. We recently bought an 18-200 telephoto lens which we thoroughly used during our recent trip abroad. I love, love, love Sigma! But we figured we could have bought it for way cheaper had we waited a couple more months.  The 18-200 telephoto lens of Sigma was seven grand cheaper in Hongkong.

I accepted the job to be the official photographer of a prominent family whose son celebrated his 5th birthday. Obviously, it was a children’s party. The kids enjoyed the games and activities prepared for them, especially when they received a lot of giveaways and prizes including toys r us coupons. They even had games for parents together with their children.

As for me, I took a lot of candid photos of those restless and happy children playing and running during the entire party. I was just glad that they love those pictures when I handed them the copy.

While surfing the web, I came across various sites and a lot of pop-ups appeared on my screen such as I won an iPhone that I have to click the pop up to claim my prize, pop ups that posts on several opportunities like Web Developer Jobs and translator jobs, free screen savers, and a lot of those annoying ads.

Most of the time, I felt frustrated because I couldn`t open my favorite sites without clicking the x button for each pop-up to close. Now, I think I’ll just visit another photography page that have no pop ups.

These photography instruments are all necessary in order to come up with high quality photos that can “paint a thousand words”, as they say. Producing high quality pictures are important because they are the only proofs one can have to remind them of those precious memories.

With high quality pictures you produce, it can earn you bragging rights. For those who are already in photography, you know what I am talking about, right?
