One of my many frustrations in photography is taking portraiture shots. Today, we celebrated with a friend her 34th birthday and with all the shots I took, there was none that would pass for a good one. Learning photography can be challenging, really, and so is this project 365. I’m sure some days (like this, for instance) I will disappoint myself over again. But I.am.not.giving.up.
So instead of sulking in the corner, looking at the clock ticking away to the next day. Not another chance at doing a better 16/365, I chose from the many shots I took and modified a shot to sepia. Hence, this entry. I love these girls, Lot and Beth. They are two of the closest people I have back in high school. Happy birthday, Lot!
