Today is the day that I attempted to make my very own Tofu Sisig ala Greens. And I failed. It was good. But nothing like that of Greens. It has been years since my husband and I went to dine at Greens. It can be a little far from where we live. But it is the best vegetarian restaurant we have been to ever.

And so when my dear cousin, Esther came to our place. I just had to drop all the things I’m doing and that includes the articles I’m doing about 5th wheel insurance claims. Headed out the streets despite the rains. I intended to buy some gluten that I could use to make my own vegetarian barbeque. But it was out of stock. I settled to buy a kilo of tofu instead and I tried it right on when I got home. I will do better next time. :-)
